With a vote of 3 to 2 (the Green Party's Lourda Scott having been absent), the Part 8 Proposal to build 41 social houses on a Charlesland plot that some believe to be a flood plain was passed by our councillors on Tuesday, December 15th 2020. Subsequently, our town councillors have been issuing statements on why they voted the way they did.
