It was always going to be a little different this year when it came to the Greystones Christmas Day Swim. There were some who weren't even sure if it should go ahead, given that Bray's annual New Year's Day Swim was cancelled. Thankfully, the weather was on our side, and the fact that our seafront is a pretty big space, Greystonians came out in their bubble droves - and their dry robes - to take a splash at The Cove, The South Beach and a few of those mini-beaches inbetween. And there to catch it all, as always, was the bould John McGowan.
